Our Pricing:
The model is simple to understand (no hidden fees) and straight forward:
Base Salary ≤ $75,000 Fee: $7,499 with a Guarantee* of 30 Days
Base Salary $75,001 to $150,000 Fee: $9,999 with a Guarantee* of 90 Days
Base Salary ≥ $150,001
Fee & Guarantee will be based on estimate
scope/time-to-complete
Based on this single digit cost per hire and the shared services aspect of this model, we bill the first half of the flat fee within the first 30 days. The final fee is billed at placement (acceptance of offer) and all intelligence and data gained during the search is retained by you, the client.
*Our guarantees are industry standard and as such, do not apply when the individual’s departure is due to the sale/merger/restructuring of the employing entity or material change in ownership; change in job specifications, responsibilities or significant changes in reporting relationships; or due to the individual’s or his/her family’s subsequent health issues or death creating a need to terminate employment. This guarantee will apply when the individual’s departure is due to incompetence, malfeasance or gross negligence in the performance of his/her job-related duties.
